Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for a careful decision.
Learn how screening, medical review, payment, prescribing, fulfillment, privacy, and support fit together.
Who reviews my application?
A licensed clinician assigned to your application reviews the medical information you submit and determines the appropriate next step.
Can support staff approve a prescription?
No. Support staff and ordinary administrators cannot approve treatment or prescriptions. Those actions are restricted to authorized clinical roles.
When can I pay?
Payment for a prescription treatment becomes available only after clinical review, an eligible treatment plan, and—when required—a prescription. You see the applicable price before authorizing payment.
Does the assessment diagnose a condition?
No. The automated assessment and BMI calculation are screening tools, not a diagnosis or medical decision.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are not generic equivalents and should not be represented as identical to FDA-approved brand-name drugs.
How is my information protected?
MOVA uses access controls, encryption in transit, input validation, rate limiting, role restrictions, and audit records. Final privacy and security obligations depend on the entities and vendors used at launch.
Can I stop and return to the assessment?
Yes. Your progress is saved so you can resume from the last completed step.
What happens after submission?
Your application enters a review queue. You may receive a request for more information or an appointment before an eligibility decision is recorded.
