Using MOVA
MOVA provides a technology platform for intake, communications, status tracking, and administrative support. The platform is not an emergency service and does not itself guarantee medical care or a prescription.
Clinical independence
Medical decisions belong only to appropriately licensed clinicians. Support representatives and ordinary administrators cannot diagnose, prescribe, or overturn a clinical decision.
Accounts and information
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly update contact details. Do not use another person’s account or submit false health information.
Orders and payment
A payment option is shown only after the applicable eligibility and treatment-plan requirements are met. The exact product, price, shipping, cancellation, and refill terms must be shown before authorization.
Disputes and governing terms
Company identity, governing law, dispute process, arbitration terms if any, and official contact details are pending counsel-approved launch content.
